  1. Take high fiber diet.
  2. Grate beet root, add water and boil. When it cools take 1 cup o beet root juice. Do it regularly for better results.
  3. Exercise regularly.
  4. Consume more green vegetables and high fiber fruits.
  5. Mix a spoon of ground roasted cumin seeds ,½ spoon of fresh ginger juice and a pinch of salt in a glass of buttermilk. Frequent consumption of this butter milk helps to relieve piles and sooths inflamed intestine.
  6. Radish juice should be taken twice a day, once in the morning and then later in the night. Initially drink about ¼ cup of radish juice and then gradually increase it to ½ cup.
  7. Soak 3-4 figs in a glass of water. Keep it overnight. Consume the figs on an empty stomach, the next day in the morning.
  8. Chew few curry leaves everyday to ease piles
