How to Avoid Constipation Problem?

  1. Take leafy vegetables, banana, water, butter milk and fruit juices in your diet to control constipation.
  2. Grate beet root, add water and boil. When it cools take 1 cup o beet root juice. Do it regularly for better results.
  3. Add salt and pepper to tomato juice and take to control constipation.
  4. Soak tulasi (holy basil) leaves in water overnight and drink this water early morning to get rid of constipation. Do it everyday for better results.
  5. Curry leaves are useful to ease constipation.
  6. Cabbage is very rich in fiber. This helps retain water and forms the bulk of the food and the bowels. Thus it is a good cure for constipation and related problems.
