How to Avoid Constipation Problem?
- Take leafy vegetables, banana, water, butter milk and fruit juices in your diet to control constipation.
- Grate beet root, add water and boil. When it cools take 1 cup o beet root juice. Do it regularly for better results.
- Add salt and pepper to tomato juice and take to control constipation.
- Soak tulasi (holy basil) leaves in water overnight and drink this water early morning to get rid of constipation. Do it everyday for better results.
- Curry leaves are useful to ease constipation.
- Cabbage is very rich in fiber. This helps retain water and forms the bulk of the food and the bowels. Thus it is a good cure for constipation and related problems.
